Daniele Pascal – A Touch of Venus

Popular French chanteuse Dr Daniele Pascal is celebrating 25 glorious years in South Africa, with a brand new, vibrant and heartwarming cabaret featuring an eclectic mix of songs. Her overwhelming popularity continues, as she pushes boundaries musically and emotionally.

From her opening song “My Discarded Men”, the mood is set. A cheeky and delightful cabaret, including songs penned by recording artists such as Laurie Anderson, Marianne Faithfull, Eartha Kitt, Peggy Lee, Frida Boccara, Edith Piaf, and of course Jacques Brel, Leonard Cohen, Michel Legrand, Charles Aznavour and Kurt Weil. Her audience can look forward to songs such as “Windmills of My Mind”, “The Dream Before”, “The Ballad of Lucy Jordan”, “Is That All There Is”, “One Touch of Venus”, “Old Fashioned Girl”, “C’est Magnifique”, plus a few surprises from her upcoming album. An unforgettable performance with a selection of crowd-pleasing melodies and show-stoppers.

Pascal shares the stage with talented pianist Pieter du Plessis. An enchanting evening not to missed!
